Despite the arrest of three kidnapping suspects, the Ellis Family of Hot Springs, Arkansas sits waiting in the dark and their search continues to find and #BringAmirHome.Β

Amir was last seen late on May 15th in Hot Springs. The Fort Smith, Arkansas Police Department SWAT team arrested the three suspects on Saturday, May 27 and held each on $1 million bond. Garland County Circuit Court has issued a gag order in the case, prohibiting law enforcement and prosecuting attorney officials from releasing information. Charged with Ellis' kidnapping are Nathaniel Allen Speed, 18 and Alexia Tamaara Chambers, 18. Also charged is a 17-year-old, who was placed in a juvenile facility.Β

(Update December 7th, 2023: the unnamed juvenile has since turned 18 years of age and is identified as Jorge Castillo of Hot Springs, Arkansas. We are told he will be charged as an adult.)

A reward is being offered for information that leads to Amir’s safe return. Anyone with information about what happened, or his current whereabouts is urged to contact Detective Plummer with the Hot Springs Police Department by calling (501) 710-6997 or (501) 321-6789.Β  CASE #23L016438
